Retractable cable device is made up of logic programmable controller, wireless remote control, electromagnetic valve group, ring circulation mechanism, retractable cable mechanism, pushing shaft reel changing mechanism, a hoisting crane lifting mechanism and reel stop rotating mechanism. Six groups of cable tray are arranged in the ring cycle mechanism, and each group can contain three linkage reels, with each reel coiling 50 meters of 50mm² flexible cables(with plug baffle). When one group of cable tray has finished the retractable process, it will be switched to the next group through logic programmable controller, shaft pushing reel changing mechanism and upper and lower clamping mechanism.

Triple cable reels are horizontally arranged in a circular orbit, and every reel can move to the indicated cable retracting position of the rear carriage orderly driven by the electro-hydraulic mechanism. Every reel is in the lower layer of the orbit in running state, which can automatically lock to prevent the shifting.

Workers should open the rear double door and stand back, and then operate the cable automatic retractable line equipment by hand or wireless remote controller. Meanwhile, it can clearly display the equipment running condition and be of great convenience for equipment maintenance and repair work if video monitoring equipment is installed in the rear side wall.
